- Communicate with you
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information, including:
- Name, email, phone number
- Address and other personal details
- Valid payment information
You are responsible for ensuring all provided information is correct.
5. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes
- Collect user data without permission
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misleading activities
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
- Disrupt or overload the Platform
- Reverse engineer or copy the Platform’s code

6. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to remove or reject reviews at our discretion. Reviews do not represent our views.
By posting reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts in India shall have jurisdiction.
Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:
- A sole arbitrator will be appointed within 30 days
- Proceedings will be conducted in English
- Arbitration will remain confidential
- The decision will be final and binding
Either party may seek interim relief from courts in Bengaluru.

For any complaints regarding transactions (including double debit, fraud, or refunds), you may contact us through the designated support channel.
10. Disclaimer
- By making a transaction, you enter a legally binding contract with us.
- Payments must be made using lawful funds and valid payment methods.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your payment instruments.
- Transactions are undertaken at your own risk.
