Refund and Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service.

Cancellation of a Transaction shall only be permitted if explicitly allowed on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the specific terms mentioned on the Platform. We reserve the sole discretion to approve or reject any cancellation request and may require additional information before processing such requests.

Once the product and/or service has been delivered or availed, a User may request a return, replacement, or refund only if the product and/or service does not match the description provided on the Platform.

All refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction, or within such time period as may be specified on the Platform, provided that such period shall not be less than three (3) days.

To initiate a refund request, the User must raise a support ticket or contact us at seller+e6a98eb367cc4107a32fa310bba26b8c@instamojo.com, clearly stating:

  • the reason for the refund request,
  • the specific terms alleged to have been violated, and
  • any supporting evidence, if required.

All refund requests shall be reviewed and processed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving or rejecting any refund claim.
